During a first phone call, we will speak about what you are looking for and define together how to begin your personal yoga journey. 

Private Classes

My private classes will be tailored to your needs and as we go along we will always adapt to your current life situation and aims. The classes will incorporate elements from traditional Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Philosophy. 

Recommendation

It is recommended to book a minimum of four private sessions. This way, you may gain the full benefits of a personalized experience.

DIFFERENT STYLES

HATHA YOGA is a traditional style of Yoga and focuses on cultivating awareness of proper posture, breath and movement, providing a balance between energising and calming elements. As a practitioner, you will become more connected, vital and engaged with the world around you.

YIN YOGA is a slow-paced style where poses are held for longer periods of time. It releases tension in the deeper tissues of the body, increases mobility and is beneficial for practitioners who experience stiffness in the body or spend long hours of sitting. It is rejuvenating, revitalising and deeply healthy.

YOGA FLOW is a dynamic style of Yoga synchronising breath with fluid movement and toning the muscles. The movements increase flexibility, strength and resilience as well as calming the mind. Practitioners become more focused and enjoy a mindful full-body workout.

PRANAYAMA refers to yogic breathing techniques, to working with the element that gives us life, the most important aspect of yoga. Breathwork is the preparation for meditation, without it we won't be able to still our mind, to connect to our True Self and advance on our way of self-realization. 

MEDITATION is the gateway to True Happiness, a technique practised for thousands of years. It is a state beyond the body and the mind, a direct connection to our soul and what lies beyond. Meditation is a tool for self-growth that - through dedication -  results in a state of bliss.

YOGA NIDRA is a very effective practice of deep relaxation, also called the 'Yogic Sleep'. It connects us to the deeper levels of consciousness and induces self-healing, relieves physical, mental and emotional tension, prevents or reduces stress and depression, highly increases creativity and much more. One hour of Yoga Nidra equals 4 hours of deep sleep.
